The Path of Renewal is designed for seasoned mothers who have one or more children over the age of one year. Mothers of toddlers, tweens, teens, and empty nesters are welcome. The retreat is for mothers only (no babes in arms), to allow the space and focus mothers need for their inner journey.
Hosted by Mama Renew founder Sarah Juliusson, a gifted facilitator and writer on the journey of motherhood. She contributes to Mothering Magazine and mentors Mama Renew groups and retreats around British Columbia. Sarah is mother to two growing boys, and loves to work with textiles, cook creatively, garden, and sing.
