Mama Renew

Each Mama Renew group is a community of mothers who not only share in the joys and challenges of motherhood, but also in supporting one another as we seek renewal & balance as women. Explore your core needs and how to nurture all of you. Set aside “mama guilt” and create the support you need. Move beyond the myth that we can indeed “do it all”, and cultivate the art of saying Yes and No. Remember the parts of yourself that have been set aside in motherhood, and identify new directions and dreams.

We are taking a break for fall 2011.

FACILITATOR:

Tanis Frame is mom to an energetic toddler and a newborn who amaze her in one way or another every day.  As a facilitator, she relishes the power of bringing people together to explore life’s greatest challenges.  She loves reading, travel, red wine, conversation, and playing in the woods – often with her children, mutt, and girlfriends in tow. She is also known as MamaMaven, offering inspirational & practical workshops for new parents.

Our teaching space in Kitsilano is the warm and inviting Sacred Space studio just east of Banyen Books on W. 4th.
