Is it time for Mama Renew?

Each Mama Renew group is a community of mothers who not only share in the joys and challenges of motherhood, but also in supporting one another as we seek renewal & balance as women. Explore your core needs and how to nurture all of you. Set aside “mama guilt” and create the support you need. Move beyond the myth that we can indeed “do it all”, and cultivate the art of saying Yes and No. Remember the parts of yourself that have been set aside in motherhood, and identify new directions and dreams.

Five Monday evening sessions from 7 – 9:30 p.m.:

April 11th, April 25th, May 9th, May 30th, June 13th

at Pomegranate Community Midwives (east Vancouver)

Cost is $150 – Sliding scale available upon request.

This special Mama Renew group for working mothers is co-sponsored by MomCafe – Vancouver & North Shore chapter.  It is open to all working mothers.

FACILITATOR:

Jennifer-Lee Koble is mother to three beautiful children ages 6 – 13, loves theatre, reading a great novel, walking her dog in the woods, baking, and long rambling conversations with friends. She also mentors Mothers Unfolding groups for new mothers, Birthing From Within prenatal classes with Dancing Star Birth, and is a longtime birth doula. She is the co-founder of Mama Renew.

We’re delighted to offer our Working Mothers Mama Renew group in the beautiful space of Pomegranate Community Midwives in East Vancouver – Hastings Sunrise neighborhood (between Commercial Drive & the PNE).  Easily accessible by public transportation. Details to be sent upon registration.
