FACILITATORS:

Judy McLaren I love to feel the earth between my fingers and toes, plant something and watch it grow. I thrive on the company and conversations of family, friends and fellow mama’s, tea and laughter. I have three men in my life that i couldn’t live without, and being a mother, Doula and birthing from within mentor fills my soul.

Abby Mikkelson loves relaxing on her red couch whilst reading her eclectic blogroll, cooking traditional foods of many cultures, sipping a nice wine and bubblebaths…in between parenting 3 children, ages 5-15 and attending births as a doula and mentoring prenatal classes.

LOCATION:

Yoga on 7th is our teaching space in central Vancouver.  Just off Main street, it offers a peaceful open space in a beautiful heritage building.  Easily accessible by public transportation.
