Mama Renew Weekend Retreat

Join us for our first annual weekend retreat on the Sunshine Coast. We will enjoy beautiful nature and organic food fresh from the gardens of Rolling Earth Retreat, and bountiful opportunities to reclaim, reconnect & rebalance. This retreat is open to mamas who have done groups with us in the past as well as those who are new to Mama Renew.

What will we do together? Well, it's a bit of a secret. We promise to nurture your spirit, make room for play, allow for quiet and time in nature, and a bounty of laughter and reflection. You may also choose to begin your retreat with a group sea kayaking trip on Saturday afternoon.

Where?

Rolling Earth is a sanctuary for exploration, relaxation and play. The large house, organic farm & cuisine, wetlands, and creek are surrounded by nature provide a unique and restorative place to get away. Did we mention the wood-fired hot tub under starry skies? It offers a comfortable, nurturing space where we can truly let go.

How to Register?

Many of us easily take parenting workshops but find it much more difficult to invest time, energy, or money on ourselves. If you find yourself wondering if you should treat yourself to our Mama Renew Retreat, then you need to join us! Registration is limited, so sign up soon...

Your $175 registration includes all materials, lodging for one night (shared rooms with 2 - 5 mamas), and organic local cuisine fresh picked from the Rolling Earth gardens for Saturday Dinner, Sunday Breakfast & Lunch. An optional sea kayak adventure is available with sufficient interest (not included in registration). We are happy to arrange for carpooling for ferry walk-ons.
